Rates and Policies for Cabins

These are NON Smoking Cabins.  You MUST go outside to smoke.

Pets require a pet deposit. Size and number of pets to determine the deposit.  Deposit to be no less than $25.00 per pet.

A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.

Cancellations more than 48 hours from date of arrival incurs a $25.00 cancellation fee, provided we are able to rent the cabin for that period.  Otherwise your full deposit is forfeited. 

Cancellations of less than 48 hours, deposit is forfeited.

100% deposits, non refundable for Race Week.

Rates

Race Week rates are slightly higher, call for availability. Availability is limited for these peak weeks. Reservations will be filled on a first-come/first-served basis.
